Refund policy

REFUND PRODUCT GUARANTEE

  • This policy only covers regular orders and does not apply to free sample orders.
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
  • A return authorization number must accompany all returns or a refund will not take place.
  • Please note that we cannot provide a full refund if you made a multiple package order and have opened at least 2 packages. If multiple packages have been opened then your refund will be based on the per package cost of the package you select. You will only be refunded the full amount for the first package opened.
  • To receive a refund, please make sure that the full name associated with the order number and return authorization (RMA) number is on the return address of your package.
  • Original shipping charges and taxes will not be refunded and costs to return the package will also not be reimbursed.
  • No returned, refused or Return To Sender packages will be accepted or processed as a return.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the return shipping process. Upon receipt of the package, your credit card will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
